Plant disease and pest specimens can be sent to the PLANTwise laboratory at Lincoln for
diagnosis and advice. It is best to send samples using national courier services and
to provide information that will assist the diagnosis. A specimen submission form is
provided for you to download and fill out with pertinent details.
For Aphanomyces soil assays on potential pea paddocks, download the form and
follow the "Sampling Guide".
To download a required form, simply click on the form name below. This
will then start to download the PDF file or open it in Adobe Acrobat Reader. Depending on your
connection speed the form may take a few minutes to download. Once this is complete you then need
to print the form, fill it out and dispatch it with your specimen.
